2. Scheduling & Cancellations We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Access to Property You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service on the scheduled date. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
4. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for overdue balances.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
6. Liability Space City Window Cleaning carries liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, screens, or seals. We will take reasonable care of your property during service.
